On checkout day, we left at 11 am and had to wait until 12:30 for the van. We tried sitting in the dining hall, but the older man there watched us as if we might do something stupid. He had already been rushing to clear our table while we were still eating breakfast, even though guests have to wash their own plates and cups. Also, switching on the room's make-up switch doesn't seem to help if you want it cleaned. They only look at the request form on the counter.

Getting to the subway takes quite a walk, since the hotel sits between lines 1, 2, 4, and 5. With kids, the room is a tight squeeze. Most of the outlets wouldn't take a plug, either. I had to push my travel adapter in with a lot of force.

I booked through Agoda and had a good stay. The staff were accommodating, and the self-service laundry is available around the clock.

The common kitchen, dining space, and workspace were handy, and the room had enough room for two people, our luggage, and a few extra things. We stayed for 10 days and found it suited a longer visit well. It's more like a serviced apartment than a full-service hotel, and some guests seem to live there long term. We booked through an Airbnb agent, so keep in mind reception handles room questions and cleaning requests, not full hotel services. Cleaning is offered twice weekly, and it was easy to ask reception for fresh towels. The internet was fast and dependable, and the neighborhood felt safe. The nearest metro and train station is an 8-10 minute walk away. There's a small 7-Eleven behind the building, reached through an alley, and another convenience store a couple of minutes away. I'd recommend it for a week or longer. For a short stay, the limited services may not suit everyone.
