The location was great, and the beds were clean and comfortable, with thick curtains, individual lights, and a handy table. The lockers were big enough for a backpack, too. Staff were nice. There was mold on the bathroom walls, and it could have been cleaner. Cleaning started around 8:30-9:00, with the lights turned on, which was frustrating. The dorm had at least 20 beds, so it could get noisy.

The location works well, close to the train station and main streets, and they do leave bread for morning toast. It’s decent value for a budget traveler, but the place is a little dirty and the beds are pretty uncomfortable. If you stay more than a week, the hosts don’t tidy the room or change the sheets. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors snoring and talking on their phones. The shower also leaves water all over the bathroom.

The elevators were noisy, and it felt like a good place to stay if you’re out late. I kept wondering about the nightlife there. Some doors were left open, and people seemed to be getting up to use the restroom. From about 10 PM to 2 AM, guests kept packing and moving heavy luggage, with doors opening and things clattering, so sleeping was impossible. The guests were incredibly rude.

There’s a good shared area, and you can get as many towels as you need. For the price, it’s a pretty good deal and a nice place to stay in Seoul. The beds are really uncomfortable, though, and the shower’s in an awkward spot, so the whole bathroom stays wet all day.

A spacious common area, noodles and bread for breakfast, and a location near Myeong-dong made this good for the price. The staff were nice, and as a solo traveler I felt safe. I could leave my luggage in the basement before check-in.
