The staff made me feel welcome and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed. The hotel is close to the main attractions and other essentials, and the price felt like good value. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

The rooms are pretty basic, with no amenities, but they’re clean and have washlets. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous, and they spoke good Japanese. The location is great, and the rooms are spacious. It’s inexpensive, so I recommend it and would stay again.

The staff were not cooperative at all. They put us in a room at the back with no ventilation, and now say they can’t move us to another room for the next week.

You’re right in the middle of everything Myeongdong has to offer, including night markets, shopping, restaurants, N Seoul Tower and Namsam. The staff also provided very nice service. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Seoul.

The location is nice if you’re coming to shop in myendong, but the hotel smelled of smoke from the lobby all the way to the room. We booked a non-smoking room, and when we first complained at the front desk, they said it was non-smoking so there shouldn’t be any smoke smell. We asked them to come upstairs and check, and they eventually agreed to move us. We stayed two days.
