Room 603 had a serious drainage problem. The shower water wouldn't drain. Cleanliness was good, and the Gangnam location is convenient, so I'd stay here again. I think the location is good enough, and if the drainage were fixed, I'd choose the same room. Parking costs 3,000 won, disposable items cost 2,000 won, and there's no phone charger in the room. You have to leave your ID to rent one separately. The building is non-smoking, and all rooms are non-smoking. They should explain the charger option at check-in. I'd rate it 3.5, but rounded up.

It's called a hotel, but really it's a clean motel. The location is good, about a 3-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station. Prices are mid-range compared with nearby hotels and motels, though the facilities make it feel expensive. Since they rent rooms by the hour, overnight guests can only check in from 11 PM. That means no foreign tour groups, and you can still find a room on weekend evenings. The bed was soft and clean, but there was a slippery plastic cover under the regular mattress cover. It seems meant to protect against spills, but it takes away from the soft feel. They don't provide a toothbrush, which is common enough, but there's no toothpaste or even soap either. You have to buy a disposable toiletry set.

As of March 4, 2019, the standard room was clean and nice, though a bit cold. It was decent for a business trip.

The room charge was something I could accept. The staff service was awful, though, and I have no desire to come back.
