The noise was awful. I could hear music and snoring from the neighboring room, and the poor soundproofing made the whole trip extremely unpleasant. I’d chosen this 5-star hotel despite it being a bit far from the station and having no elevator. The entrance turned out to be remote and dirty. Inside, the cabinets were broken, the hairdryer didn’t work, and the bed was covered in hair. There was hair and boogers on the walls too. I reported it right away and asked them to clean, but they said they’d only do it the next day when I requested cleaning. When I came back the next day, the boogers were still there. It was awful.
