We stayed for 10 days in a room with two beds. It had lots of space and was super comfortable, plus a small kitchen with a combo washer-dryer and an induction stove. The location was great, and the rooms were great too.

The service and location were good, and the room was clean, though it could have been in better shape. English instructions would have been helpful.

8/10
The location was great, and the room felt clean enough. We had a loft area, which was super cool but pointless since the bed was downstairs and they didn’t offer extra beds. The hotel being above and below a hospital was a bit of a shock, and I felt uncomfortable sharing the lift with patients being transferred and my luggage. It can get really busy with patients and hotel guests. The underfloor heating made the room overheated, to be honest, though I imagine it’d be lovely in colder weather. Having to turn on the hot water before a shower was a little annoying, but only delayed us a few minutes.

The room was very spacious and the hotel is in a strategic city location near Gangnam station. It was clean overall, and the air conditioning, water pressure, and hot water were all satisfactory. The only catch is that a room for two gets just one key.

The staff were very nice, which was the only good part. The shower wouldn’t stay hot even with the boiler on its highest setting. Guests next door were loud, banging on the wall by the bed until early morning.
