We booked for 15 days but had to leave unexpectedly after I lost my passport. We only stayed 3 days, and the owner kept our money even though we asked about a refund 12 hours after booking. It was a very unpleasant experience. There were no towels during our stay, we could hear people talking in the next room, and there was no window. We also had to carry all our own things up to the second floor. The service was poor.

The owner was very kind, thank you. The location made it so convenient to get to Seoul National University Hospital, Daehak-ro, Changgyeonggung Palace, Insa-dong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon, and Seochon.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The single rooms were awful, damp, and poorly ventilated even with the air conditioning running. There's only one phone number, and despite calling over and over, they didn't pick up until the fourth or fifth try. The owner was very rude on the phone and brushed off the problem instead of dealing with it.
