Horrible and disgusting. The place was dirty, run down, and nothing seemed to work. The manager kept avoiding us and wouldn’t offer accommodation or any resolution for our stay. We checked out early, but they refused to give us a receipt, which made no sense. This wasn’t a language problem; they simply didn’t care about customers. It was our first visit to Seoul, and this really spoiled the experience. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Don’t book here. Stay away.

Booking was straightforward for us as foreigners. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and the location was central.

The lounge bar even had a coffee machine, which was really handy. Our room was huge and clean, and the TV was massive too. I liked it so much that I think I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Sinchon from now on!
