The family twin room was much too small for us with children. It would suit one person or two people, but next time we’d probably book two rooms. Everything else worked well: the modern facilities were clean, housekeeping was dependable, and the location was handy for the nearby universities. Ewha station is about five minutes away on foot, with lots of restaurants and a large Emart nearby. It also felt less touristy than Myeongdong or Itaewon. Most of all, the staff made us feel welcome. After almost 24 hours of travel, arriving in a foreign country to a friendly face at reception meant a lot. The front desk team were especially courteous.

We stayed here while I was at Yonsei University, which was easy to reach on foot. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, and having a washing machine was useful. There were also staff who spoke English.

For around $100 in downtown Seoul, the room was adequate, and I’d consider staying again, though it wouldn’t be my first choice. Free parking was a nice extra. The room itself was very basic, with badly scuffed walls and shower grout that didn’t look very clean. The AC cooled moderately well but made a lot of noise. Those were minor issues, and at this price I expected them.

I liked the hotel for the price. Restaurants and cafes are close by, and the fitness room is well equipped for a hotel. The rooms are good and have a huge fridge. When something doesn't work, the front desk gets it fixed within 1-2 hours. I don't understand the earlier complaint about paying extra for late checkout, since lots of hotels charge for that. I also didn't notice any dust.
