The room was very clean and the location was great, but I was disappointed overall. The central heating was out of control, making the room feel hotter than summer, and there was no way to adjust it. I had to use the air conditioner to cool things down, but it was incredibly loud and made it hard to sleep. I called the front desk for help. The first staff member said the heating wasn’t even working, then abruptly hung up. I called back, and another person suggested turning on the aircon, even though I’d already explained that it was part of the problem. It was very frustrating, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Getting around Seoul was easy from SR Hotel Sadang, with public transport close by. The staff were polite, warm, and quick to help, and the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast selection too. It felt like good value, and I’d gladly come back.

The rooftop view was gorgeous, absolutely stunning. The metro is just around the corner, and the staff were really friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is very Korean-style, but tasty.

The location right by Sadang metro station is handy, and the staff were nice. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. But there's no wardrobe or even hangers, and no desk or lobby where you could work. The breakfast was horrible. Don't include it with your booking if you're staying here.

Being so close to the subway was a plus, and the AC worked well. The bed was comfortable and things were decently clean. Still, for what I paid during peak season, it was a bad experience. My room's odd layout made it hard to do anything but sleep, and without a lobby there was nowhere else to go. It looked nothing like the pictures, though maybe I just got unlucky with my room. The black walls and tiny window meant no sunlight. The furniture was worn, there was no desk or seating besides the bed, and no proper bathroom area. The sink was at knee height in the middle of the room, with no mirror, and there were no closets or wardrobe. The advertised lobby wasn't really there, and cleaning was skipped one day. The location is good.
