Terrible service. I’m ready to cancel and find another hotel. The place is unmanned, check-in is only at 4 PM, and there was nowhere to leave my suitcase, so I had to walk around town with it until then. The check-in arrangements hadn’t been clear before booking, either. I tried the intercom, but we couldn’t communicate because I don’t speak English. I kept asking whether there was a nearby locker or somewhere else to leave my bags, but got nowhere. Eventually the staff member sighed and said they couldn’t take luggage. I understand the language difficulty, but the attitude was off. I felt like I was the one sighing.

The room is spacious and new, and the hotel could have been a distinctive boutique stay. But the service needs a lot of work. In winter there was no hot water, and the weak toilet flush made it almost impossible to use. I told management, but nothing was done. Our stay was extremely unpleasant. Until service and accountability improve, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

The service was terrible. I wanted to cancel right away and find another hotel. Since the property is unmanned, guests have to check themselves in at 4 PM, but there’s no way to leave luggage before then. I’d have had to wander around with my suitcase. The check-in process hadn’t been clear before booking, either. I tried the intercom, but we couldn’t communicate because they didn’t speak English. I kept asking whether there were lockers or somewhere nearby to leave my bags, but they didn’t understand. Eventually they said the hotel couldn’t accept luggage and sighed. I understand they may not speak English, but that attitude was unacceptable. I was the one left sighing.
