Getting around was easy: Chungmuro Station is under 100 meters away, with Exit 8 closest if you don’t mind stairs and Exit 1 across the road offering an escalator. The airport bus stop nearby was practical and comfortable, and it’s a short bus ride to Myeongdong, or a walk if you have time. Restaurants are all around, including a halal place that was a big plus for us as Muslims. 7-Eleven and Paris Baguette are about three minutes away. We got a lot of room for the price, with a bathtub, mini fridge, and toilet separate from the bathroom. There’s a lobby microwave that came in handy for heating baby food and leftovers, plus cold and room-temperature bottled water available whenever we needed it. The staff were so kind and welcoming that I’ve already recommended the hotel to friends visiting Seoul. I’d happily stay again.

We were a family of four in a suite, and there was loads of space. The bathtub was great too, big enough for two adults or one adult and two kids to soak together. There’s no in-room dining, which was a shame, and the all-marble bathroom floor gets very slippery when wet. I’d put towels down to be safe. We had a lot of luggage, so we used Exit 7 for the elevator and walked straight to the hotel. It’s right outside Exit 8 of Chungmuro Station. Namsangol Hanok village is nearby, with plenty of restaurants around, though Myeongdong night market is a bit of a walk.

We arrived around noon and were allowed to check in early. They even upgraded our room for free, so we had a small view of Namsan Tower. The room was quiet, with good soundproofing, and the staff were friendly, especially Mr. Lee Do-han. I enjoyed practicing my Korean with him. Chungmuro Station’s Exit 8 is right outside, and buses and trains make it easy to get around. It’s a quiet, safe area, with Namsangol Hanok village a short walk across the road. The hotel is small, and there’s a washer and dryer on level 6. The amenity pack included a toothbrush, comb, shaver, and shower cap.
