For western standards, the rooms are tiny, but the price more than makes up for it. I paid 5000won per night, on a weekday in the non-peak season. If you're a dirtbag climber, this place is a steal. The lighting is bright, and there's a water boiler, fridge, and basic toiletries. My room had a really small window and smelled of cigarettes.
