We found this affordable place at the last minute after our previous airbnb was unbearable. The room was pleasant and had plenty of space for our suitcases, plus bottled water, a washing machine, and cutlery to use. But during the five days we stayed, the room was never cleaned.

For a budget stay, this place works well if you mainly need somewhere to leave your bags and sleep. There’s not much right around the building, which may suit you if you like a quiet area. Getting around turned out better than I expected. I wouldn’t pick it if amenities matter to you.

I had a large room on the 17th floor, and the window view was about as good as shown. The owner was very nice, and an extra duvet cost 10,000 won. It’s a residence, but there’s only a microwave and refrigerator, and no hotel-style bathrobes. The elevator is slow, which may bother people used to hotels enough that they wouldn’t want to stay here.
