The rooms are roomy and reasonably priced, with Wi-Fi and plenty of parking inside and out. They're cleaned every day, so they stay warm and clean. It's a six-story building with an elevator, plus a counter and coffee vending machine on the first floor.

I won't be back. The place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and in the early morning there was only cold water. I assume they turn off the hot water boiler. When I later ran into the owner and asked why there hadn't been hot water, they just said, “You should have called.” Do I really have to check whether the hot water works every time I wash? The unfriendliness was a bonus.

Good for the price, with a really spacious parking lot. Genie TV and YouTube are available, and there are most things nearby. Some disposable items are provided.

I went downstairs, explained what happened, and got a refund. The building next door had better facilities and cost 10,000 won less. When I entered the room, I got a call saying someone had used too much hot water elsewhere, so only cold water was coming out and I should wait. I figured that made sense and tried to lie on the bed, only to find the room hadn't been cleaned at all. There was hair and an unidentified liquid on the sheet, yellow stains, and one of the two water bottles in the fridge was half empty, as if someone had taken some.
