The building felt insecure to us: there was no proper reception, the lift needed no passcode, and the door had no peephole. As foreigners, we also found it hard to contact anyone. The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped, and the price and location were good, but we wouldn't recommend it to family or friends because of the check-in cleanliness. There was a pair of pants in the washing machine, hairs in the vanity drawer, thick dust on the vanity table, and dusty spare pillows in the cupboard. I usually wipe hotel tables before putting my cosmetics down, and I'd never seen one this dirty. We felt uncomfortable throughout the stay, wondering what else hadn't been cleaned. Please do a better job with housekeeping! My photos wouldn't upload, but I left the same review on Agoda.

I’m picky about cleanliness, and this place was super clean, with a mini kitchen. It’s mostly self-serve, has a front desk, and checkout is automatic. Someone had claimed guests get charged for not cleaning their room, but that’s false. Just don’t destroy the place. Customer service was great by Korean standards, and the person we asked was respectful. That’s all I need. Speaking Korean helps, of course, and visitors need Naver maps instead of Google. :b

We enjoyed the stay. The studio apartment was clean and spacious, with the beach and bus station conveniently nearby. You can easily catch a bus here to visit the national park, and there are convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants around.

We liked the beach view from the 19th floor. A nice, spacious alternative to staying in a hotel.

The beach-facing location is great, and the bus station is a five-minute walk away. There are some really good cafes nearby.
