Ecograd Hotel

The rooms are clean and things are straightforward, and breakfast was okay for a busy day even though there wasn't much variety. It's a decent hotel overall, but staff support can be limited if you're visiting from another country because of the language barrier. Bring a Korean translation so it's easier to understand each other.

The bathroom basin in my room had a layer of dirt that was hard to remove. The air conditioning was tied to the hotel's cooling system and had been switched off manually. The front desk staff didn't know how to fix it and kept saying they'd come check and sort it out, but nobody ever came. For a hotel hosting international tour groups, the front desk staff also struggled to understand English.

Breakfast was amazing, especially the scrambled eggs, and having an emart on the first floor made it easy to pick up late-night snacks. The room's toilet also had a bidet. We stayed three nights. One key card didn't work at check-in, but staff quickly reset it and got us in. The beds were really nice and I slept well. On the second night, though, the air conditioning stopped in the middle of the night, so the room was very hot by morning. The hallway air conditioning was off too. When we called the front desk, they did their best to turn it back on.

The room had a simple design, so there was no wardrobe or bath. I liked the floor-to-ceiling window and the sunrise view from the 14th floor, where I spent one night. The room itself was nice, and the hotel is well located near the Drama set location. Breakfast was okay, and the restaurant has a nice city view. There's also a fly lounge bar in the hotel.
