Suwon Station Page

This place is close to suwon station, but it feels geared toward local couples, so I didn't find the setting great for tourists. Saturday rates are double, and check-in isn't until 10pm, which is no use if you're sightseeing. The man at the desk also said I owed another 10000 won for staying consecutive nights. The room looked pretty at first, but I spotted a small bug on the sticky light switch when I looked closer, so there may have been more. Lights under the desk facing the bed were painfully bright and couldn't be switched off. I ended up sleeping on the other side to avoid looking at them. Outside noise was blocked very well by the four doors between the street and the room, though I could hear people in the hall because sound inside the building carried. The amenities kit was great: toothbrush, razor, toothpaste, q tips, and a bath towel that was the best I got at any hotel in korea. It also had condoms, since this is a love hotel. It wasn't awful, but in my opinion it's not good for tourists or even ideal for a normal night's sleep. Just sharing how it went for me.
