The room was clean and pleasant, though pretty standard, and there was a big Samsung screen with Netflix. There wasn't a coffee machine, iron, or safe box. Lots of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores are nearby, but Seoul is a long way off.
The hotel was quite alright, and the limo bus stop is closer to the lobby.
The hotel was clean and nice, if not especially exciting. What made our stop in Suwon perfect was the care from Jeong Seok-hwan. They went above and beyond to help our trip run smoothly, and we really appreciated their kindness. Thank you so much, Jeong Seok-hwan!
Great breakfast, and there was a lovely city view from the room. The wooden floors also kept things from feeling so cold in winter. I stayed for a longer visit in a room with a kitchen and washing facilities, right in the heart of suwon and close to the metro. The staff were great, room service came quickly, and I even got a complimentary cake over the weekend for no reason. It was delicious. Grocery shopping, food, and other essentials are close by too.
I booked here because the front desk staff were so friendly. The woman and man there were lovely, spoke enough English for us to communicate, and even took the time to show me a room when I asked. I just loved them.
