Yeosu Nangman Guest House

The interior was really nice, and the room and bathroom were lovely too. I’d been unsure about the location since it’s down an alley with nothing nearby. We had a fun little dinner with friends, not a fancy party. The staff prepared dinner and put in a lot of effort. Breakfast was good as well, and the rooftop view on the 4th floor was beautiful. It was cold, but I’d like to come back when it’s warmer and spend some time up there.

The bedding smelled nice, and the double room I booked was wider and cleaner than most motels, so it felt like great value. I’d especially recommend it to young students traveling. I didn’t take any room photos, just the hallway and the baguette burger and handmade burger I brought back to eat in the rooftop and breakfast area. When I first arrived, the nearby market made me a little unsure about the atmosphere. But stepping inside and seeing the charming, neat interior immediately lifted my mood.

We visited on 12/28. The staff were friendly, and I liked the charming hallway and romantic terrace. The atmosphere seems great for couples or families, haha. I was in the six-person men's room, where the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The toilet and sink were right in the middle of the room, and the sounds of water and light bothered my sleep a bit. Some kind of screen or curtain around the beds would be nice, like other guesthouses seem to have. Personally, I don’t think a TV or refrigerator is needed in the room. There wasn’t a separate party, so we went to a nearby long-stay guesthouse to have fun.

The room felt thoughtfully designed, and everything was so clean that I wondered if this much quality really came at this price. I definitely want to come back next time. 😀
