Everything was spotless and well maintained, from the lobby to our room, which made the hotel feel comfortable and relaxing. Alex and Shamsdiin also made our visit especially enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. I'm grateful for the service and high standards, and we'd choose the Hyatt Regency again.

The staff make the place feel like home, remember you, and treat you like family. That personal touch is what keeps me returning. I want to thank Layla, Shams, Mahina, Hussein, Faisal, Amin, Emmad, Junaid, Morshad, Asked, Seema, Fahad, Ismail, and Magnet for their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. The live stations, chefs at work, and lively atmosphere make dinner at Wahaj Restaurant, at the Hyatt Regency Al Kout, feel like a real occasion. Tonight's Seafood Night was excellent, as it always is. The seafood was creative, full of flavour, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff are reliably friendly and attentive, and every visit leaves me looking forward to returning.

What a beautiful, luxurious hotel. The lobby service was excellent, and Haidee was especially professional and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout. Ranju, Nitish, Maris, Iris, and Abdelkader were hospitable too. The food was tasty and good quality. Thank you, Chef Utam.
