The whole visit was smooth, from arrival to departure. The valet team were efficient and flexible, and everyone was welcoming. The food at the Waldorf Astoria restaurant was delicious, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented. Laxmi was especially kind, attentive, and professional, and made the meal more enjoyable. Great food, warm atmosphere, and lovely service. We’d be happy to return.

At Kubbar, the food is absolutely delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. The singers were great too, all their songs were amazing. Shayma, the assistant, was so sweet, elegant, kind, attentive, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect and really added to the experience. I’m definitely coming back!

Housekeeping kept my room perfectly clean and well organized, with impressive attention to detail. I also want to thank Ubai from IRD for being so helpful and responsive throughout my stay, and Sunina and Sumit from the service team for their kindness and quick assistance. The Ikaros breakfast team, Chefs Dharmendra and Sharmishta, made breakfast outstanding every morning. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. From the moment I arrived, the service at Waldorf Astoria Kuwait was warm, professional, and attentive. It was a wonderful five-star stay, and I highly recommend the hotel. I look forward to visiting again.
