My family and I felt at home here, and we plan to keep coming back. The hotel is near the beach, the rooms and facilities were very clean, and breakfast was free, delicious, and had plenty of choices. Most of the staff were professional, kind, and willing to help. Mr. Om was especially honest and professional, and picked another room next to my family's. I did have a problem with Madam Ola, though. She didn't listen to me and assigned another room without paying attention to what I needed. She needs training in how to deal with customers.

The restaurant was a real plus, with great service and breakfast choices to suit different tastes. The location is nice too. The rooms are more basic, though, and some of the furniture and curtains looked old and stained.

The breakfast was excellent and good value for money. It was a comfortable, enjoyable stay, with friendly, helpful staff and a relaxed feel. There’s a rooftop pool as well as an indoor one, and Al Kout promenade, the beach, the mall, and the fountain cafes are all within walking distance.

The meal service was a mess from start to finish. They forgot our food repeatedly and kept forgetting the bread too. My mom had to cross an uneven field full of bugs to ask for it again, and after we complained once more they brought sugar instead. My orange juice never came, even though I paid for it. Staff seemed irritated that we expected basic service, and mostly stood around talking or leaning on tables instead of fixing things. The food was awful. The egg looked wrong, the cheese tasted off and gave me a stomachache, and the sausages in the club sandwich were cut open, sour, and clearly not fresh. Even the prices felt outrageous: a tiny cup of juice cost 2 KD. The room was cramped and dirty, with stains and grime that made it look like it hadn't had a proper cleaning in years. They charge 20 KD for what felt like a filthy shack. The supposed beach view was mostly a fence, despite the place being near the sea. For that price, I expected much more than a small box with the view blocked. We left angry and disappointed, feeling cheated. This place was overpriced, dirty, poorly run, and served low-quality food with no accountability. I agree with the negative reviews calling it a scam. I won't come back, and I'd tell anyone considering it to stay away.
