Argan Al Bidaa Hotel and Resort

After a few days, the noise became the main issue. Sound carries so badly that every outside noise disrupts sleep at night and even early in the morning. Once someone occupied the room above our ground-floor room, we could hear every step, run, and piece of furniture being moved. It was so annoying at night. The mattress is far too hard and hurts the back, so they should consider changing it ASAP. As for the hotel: we had a wonderful family vacation at ARGAN Albida’a Hotel & Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere. Many thanks to Ramy at reception and the hotel manager for being so kind and professional. They upgraded us from the first floor to a ground-floor room with a lovely pool view and easy balcony access. It was a thoughtful gift for our grandmother and meant a lot to us. The location is excellent, it’s very family-friendly, and the service offers great value. We appreciate the hospitality and would visit again. And finally: Anyone who wants to struggle to get to sleep late at night should stay at this hotel. It's noisy until 12 midnight! because of kids running outside as if this were a daycare, not a hotel, and people chatting and laughing outside the rooms. The noise is unbelievable, as if you're sleeping outside instead of in a room!!

The beach is great, and the view is beautiful. It’s a nice resort, though the buildings and facilities are old.

Today I gave feedback about poor communication with customers, and the GM took it personally instead of responding professionally. He kept telling me that if I thought the service was poor, I shouldn’t come back. That was highly unprofessional, especially from someone in a leadership role. A General Manager should welcome feedback and look for ways to improve the guest experience, not make customers feel unwelcome or as if they’re being disciplined.
