The staff are phenomenal. They helped with anything we needed on site, shared island tips and good places to eat, and even helped my husband sweep out our rental car. We asked them for information every day, and they were wonderful. They're on the quieter end of the island, but centrally located: Seven Mile is about 40 minutes away, and Rum Point takes about the same. Spotts beach is about a 20-minute drive, and it's a great place to see sea turtles by snorkeling right off the beach. There are plenty of fish and a few small reefs, too. We loved our first dive and snorkeling with Ocean Frontiers, which is on site, and happened to be there for their 30 year anniversary. Steve and Shannon are personable and have done a lot to help preserve the area and the island. A hot breakfast that changes daily is included at adjoining restaurant Eagle Rays. We enjoyed the lion fish tacos and sticky pudding each day, and Michael and Dewayne took good care of us. Their prices are great.

The dive crew handled setting up and packing away all the gear, which made diving effortless. The reef wasn't the most active we've seen, but we did spot rays and sharks, and appreciated the larger boat on longer trips. We booked the five-night, four-day diving package, with two dives a day for four days and a hot breakfast every morning. Breakfast changed daily, the coffee was great, and we loved the view while eating. We'd grab lunch there after diving, especially for the incredible lion fish tacos. The rooms were quiet at night and well equipped, with cold AC, very clean spaces, a washer and dryer, plenty of beach and regular towels, and fluffy pillows. Highly recommended, five out of five.

We just finished our third trip to Compass Point, and it was as good as before. We've never had a problem with anything, and the accommodations are nice. Eagle Ray's has good food, especially the perfect lion fish tacos, and the dive operation is second to none. This is by far the best dive resort in Cayman, and we'll return as often as we can.

Everyone was friendly and knew their stuff, from the front desk and captains to the dive guides and other staff. The water was amazingly clear, and I learned something on every dive. This was my first trip to Grand Cayman, but I'll be back. I'd absolutely recommend it, 10 out of 10.

The beach area was nearly nonexistent, despite the pictures showing a nice beach. There was a lot of seagrass and red algae, which caused an unpleasant smell. The dive operation, though, was one of the best organized I've ever used, with excellent service. The five staff members were exceptionally well organized, friendly, and provided top-notch service. The dive sites are excellent and just a 5 to 20 minute boat ride away. Compass Point is a top-notch divers resort.
