You get a decent view and a spot right on Seven Mile Beach, and the housekeeping staff are friendly. The unit itself is clean, but there was visible dirt on the walls and light switches, plus broken floor tiles and other signs it needs updating. Still, if all you need is an inexpensive place to sleep, this may fit.

It looks like they're starting to get some of their beach back, which is good. But the water still has rocks and huge concrete boulders that fell from the wall, and someone needs to clear them out. Booking here means you could hurt your toe or cut yourself and get an infection.

The tennis court is badly water-damaged and needs attention, and repairs at the Marriott next door are temporarily spoiling the beach view. The bigger issue for me was the noise. The windows are extremely thin, and the lawn crew seemed to work from 8am-5pm every day. For 10 days straight, I couldn't figure out why they needed to work all day. The landscaping kept starting and stopping, which was so irritating. They should cut back on the lawn work so residents can enjoy their property. Bring noise cancelling AirPods.

The condo was clean, felt upscale, and was bigger than it looked in the photos. I was especially happy there was ice in the freezer and that the pots and pans were good quality. My husband and I stayed in February and were surprised by how much we loved the property. The small beach was enough for us and never felt crowded. We walked along the water and shore down Seven Mile Beach, and felt spoiled when it got busier farther north. I preferred our resort to the others. The sunsets from the property were gorgeous, and food and ice cream were an easy walk away. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.
