From outside, it seems like a fairly new and nice residential complex. Inside, though, it's a mess: the elevators are dirty, the cladding is peeling, and the entrance has music that sounds like "A Christmas Tree Was Born in the Forest." Really?

The windows are dirty, there are no trash cans, and tiles are coming loose throughout the building. The commercial area is always messy and dirty, which feels especially off for a place considered luxury housing.
