A nice place to relax, and I'd recommend visiting. The pool was clean and the water was being changed in real time. It was a bit over-chlorinated, but definitely better than the other saunas. The sauna heated up well, and there's a hamam too. Beer was cheap, though just okay. The service gets 4 out of 5. Watch out, the lights switch off automatically.

I hate that they can't speak Kazakh. This is a bad hotel.

I chose this hotel because you can get either a single or double bed, which is useful when traveling with a group, and I'm glad I did. It's a comfortable, quiet place in the Primorsky district. My room was clean and had a shower and air conditioning. There was a water cooler in the hallway, so getting water wasn't a problem. I liked the receptionists and the rest of the staff. They answered any questions quickly. Breakfast had scrambled and boiled eggs, porridge, cheese, sausage, tea, and coffee. I enjoyed it all and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was tasty, but there were only three dishes to choose from. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, which is a plus. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, and it smelled disgusting. The Wi-Fi was awful, kept dropping out, and had zero speed. Over five days, they never changed the towels, and they replaced the hygiene products only once. My room was on the second floor, next to a family with two children who screamed every day. You could hear every conversation.
