I spent five nights here and would definitely book again. The hostel is very clean, including the toilets and shared areas. You get a small private room, a locker, and slippers; outdoor shoes aren't allowed, and there are cabinets for them plus shoe covers. The location is great, near Arbat Street, Mega Park mall, restaurants, and shops. Panfilov Park, Ascension Cathedral, Green Bazaar, and Central Mosque are all walkable, and Zhibek Zholy is the nearest MRT. There's also a nice park across the street. Breakfast is freshly served and good, and they sell drinks and snacks too. You can pay with cash or card. All the staff were kind, helpful, and polite.

The price feels right, and the hostel is in the same building as Ibis Novotel. It's close to the main sights and some great parks, and I loved wandering around the parks and nearby cafes. Solo travelers should just book it. Breakfast was good, bathrooms stayed clean, and there's a huge common room where you can work or chat.

I had a private room during my five-day solo trip, and it was really comfortable. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious. There's also a fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant space to work or read. Great quality for a cozy, well-equipped hostel. I'd recommend it.

Traveling alone? This is a fantastic practical choice, and the place feels a bit like a cruise ship. The location and prices are hard to beat. I liked the great beds, tasty breakfast, and large common area, plus the free washer and dryer and the hamam. The shower and bathroom area is okay, but could be improved. It's not a deal breaker.

I like how easy it is to meet people here, especially at breakfast. The shared toilets are clean, well kept, and fully equipped, and the whole place is tidy and organized. My room is small, which suits me since I don't spend much time in it. The staff are friendly and speak English well. This has been my best stay in Kazakhstan, even compared with the different hotels I've stayed in. It's my first time booking this kind of hostel, and I'm impressed with the service. This is my second visit to Almaty, and I'm from the Philippines. I'd happily recommend the place and would love to return to chat with other guests.
