It felt like staying in a family apartment, and the place was easy to reach in a central spot. The owner helped with check-in and checkout and was particular about keeping the apartment neat. Our family found the bed and bathroom comfortable, and there was hot water. There’s a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The price was budget-friendly. This was my first time in Almaty, and I’d stay here again next time. Thanks SAM for all the help.

When our flight was delayed, the owner was so kind and flexible. Lessor Apartments is cozy and pleasant, right in the middle of things with everything close by. Kazakhstan is such an amazing place to visit. ❤️

I stayed in two different apartments for 3 to 4 days each over 4weeks, and it was such a fun stay. The places were clean, roomy, and comfortable, and check-in and check-out were easy. I could get to everything I wanted in just a few steps, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. On Saturday and Sunday there are stalls on the street in front selling jewelry, clothes, rugs, and souvenirs. The owner was really kind and even helped me after midnight when I accidentally locked myself in the bathroom. Thanks a lot! Highly recommend these apartments.

The apartment was in horrible shape and smelled awful. The HVAC didn’t work, outlets had serious safety issues that I’ll be reporting, and there were no toiletries for the 5 guests. When we raised problems, management didn’t help or come out to fix anything. The owners and management were very nasty and rude, and didn’t care. You can read the transcript below. Do yourself a favor and book an air bnb that actually takes care of the property. Don’t book here. They may try to deny this review.

The room was below average, and the host’s gestures made us feel completely unwelcome. Don’t stay here. There are plenty of good hotels around, and the owners’ response in this review section is just as horrible.
