After sightseeing or a tough day of snowboarding, Le Mont is an amazing place to stay. We’d been up to 2850M in -5c and were greeted warmly by the wonderful people there. The staff were attentive, friendly, funny, and patient. We were the only ones at dinner, but they made sure we didn’t feel alone. Room service was quick too. The TV didn’t work, and breakfast had limited vegetarian options.

The view is stunning, and this is absolutely a must-visit spot in Almaty. I don’t know anything about the hotel itself, but they at least let people onto the terrace to take pictures and enjoy the view.

The view was amazing, and the food was great. We had hot chocolate for 2500tenge, cherry punch, and pasta for 4200 tenge. Pasta was the only vegetarian option.
