The view from the window is gorgeous, and there’s a shopping center close by. The front door lock is excellent, like one in South Korea, and the courtyard is pleasant for small children, though there’s no parking there. Still, getting in and out is a hassle. They spend 2-3 hours cleaning, then don’t return your 20,000 tenge deposit, so be ready for anything. Inside, the rooms are worn and the dishes are chipped. Slippers and robes cost extra, and the hosts seem questionable. I’d think twice about staying again.

There’s a lot close at hand: a shopping center, three schools, a beauty salon, a Magnum hypermarket, and a small shop. The complex itself looks beautiful inside and out, with a park, playground, private underground parking, and a two-level terrace in the corner by blocks A and B. The apartments are compact but feel spacious, and the windows have lovely views. The road is narrow and traffic gets jammed. There’s no street parking if you don’t use the underground lot. Another residential complex is being built nearby, which is likely to add significant congestion.
