It felt like good value, and I enjoyed staying here. The hotel was clean, the facilities were good, and the staff were really friendly. I also liked that they sold souvenirs at good prices. The location worked well for me, close to the Baiterek with plenty of good restaurants nearby. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Astana.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and stylish, and the staff were very nice. Baiterek is close by, with lots of restaurants and cafes around. I’ll come back when I’m in Astana.

The breakfast was so filling and good that I didn’t want lunch until around 4 PM any day. One night they surprised us with muffins and tea, and on our last day they let us stay until 7 PM for free. Everyone working there was kind, smiling, and always trying to make us happy. The hotel is small, but it was just right, with a huge room, comfortable beds, and everything else in good shape. We arrived late and had ordered a hotel car. The driver was already there, so we didn’t have to wait, and the ride took about 20 minutes. He was friendly and really nice. Check-in was quick, and the receptionist greeted us warmly with a welcome drink. This little place felt more like a 4-star or even 5-star hotel because they really wanted us to feel that way. I’d go back anytime, and probably will. Thanks for everything :)
