The location and Natalia are the apartment's only real redeeming points. She spends her days trying to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. The listing on Booking.com says there's an airport shuttle, but that's false. Instead, you get an email in Russian saying it's unavailable. When you arrive at the residence, there's no sign for the hotel. A sign would make it much easier to find. At night, guests use a loud doorbell to get into the apartment, which wakes everyone. Check-in is quick, but the noise makes it hard to sleep. It feels like the manager is only interested in money, unlike the person who has to put up with the noise just as much as you do. It's a shame, since the location and value for money could make this a very satisfying stay.

The shower needs fixing: its door won't close, the shower head sprays everywhere, and the water comes through intermittently and with weak pressure. Otherwise, it's a warm, clean, homey place near the Korme Exhibition Center. The furniture, linens, TV, kettle, hairdryer, and internet all worked. Many thanks to administrator Natalia for her hospitality and help with our questions. Good luck!

There are no signs inside or outside, so here's how to find it: use entrance 10, dial 121 on the intercom, then go up to the second floor. The woman at reception is very friendly and attentive.

The staff were polite, and the sheets and towels were snow-white. A very cozy hotel.

The rooms were noisy, and the linen wasn't fresh.
