My mom's room was clean, comfortable, and lovely, with strong water pressure in the shower. She also enjoyed the breakfast, and the location was perfect. There was a third-party booking problem, but Batirzhan at the front desk did everything he could to look after her. He's an amazing hotel employee. Thank you to the whole staff, from my mom and me!

The staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast was good enough. The location suited us, with places like the Pyramid and National museum nearby. Most people speak Russian, so Google Translate or another app can help. Our stay was two days. The rooms are spacious, but service was lackadaisical, even though they did take care of things. Complimentary drinking water was missing on the second day until we asked for it. The air conditioner didn't work on the first day, and I couldn't sleep properly that night. For Indian guests, the bathroom may feel a bit uncomfortable because there's no health faucet.

The staff were very supportive, and the rooms are big and spacious. I'm grateful the hotel didn't charge me for extra chargers when I booked for my parents. We did have to move to another hotel, though.

When I arrived for my reservation, they said there'd been a mistake and someone else had been given my room. I ended up with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night. They did let me use their bathroom, at least.

The breakfast was huge, and the hotel was good. But after I'd checked out, a foolish receptionist wanted to charge me for staying in the lounge.
