I rarely write reviews, but this stay was a real disappointment. The hotel is fairly new and has a nice modern interior, but that's the only plus for me. There's no elevator, so you're left hauling your own suitcase, and nobody offers to help. The receptionist seemed completely lost and was nowhere to be found. In the mornings she serves breakfast instead of the waiter, which is when you might actually see her. The food was awful: the so-called Bavarian breakfast was just cold, tasteless sausage and eggs. Water was provided only when we checked in, and the other breakfast choices weren't any better.

I booked with the receptionist, giving the exact date and time I needed. But when I arrived from the airport at 5 AM with my guests, I was told everything was booked and my reservation was for different dates. So we had to go looking for another hotel at 5 in the morning. What was the accommodation like? There wasn't any. Thanks, Kaspi.

Our family loved it. It was cozy, and all the food was delicious. Thank you so much.
