My son and I spent a week at the QonaQ Hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and nice, and everyone there made us feel welcome. We got in early because of our flight, and the hotel was able to accommodate us. While we were out around the city, I kept refilling my own water bottle from their filter. I'd definitely stay there again if I'm back in the city.

The staff were lovely and kind, and everything went smoothly with the airport pickup I booked. The rooms are beautifully finished, new, clean, and comfortable. It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, so convenient for transfer passengers. Just note that you have to walk up to the second floor, which could be a hassle with lots of luggage. I'd come back!

The rooms were okay, but the central heating didn't keep up. It was around -40 outside and freezing.
