The view from the window is stunning, and the botanical garden is close by. It’s great for jogging or going for a walk. The location is convenient in summer.

The apartment layouts are sensible, and the prices are reasonable. There’s plenty of parking, good infrastructure, and lots of playgrounds in enclosed courtyards, so families don’t have to worry about cars. Everything feels set up for people. I recommend it for families.

We only visited once, but the area seemed clean and had plenty around, including playgrounds, shops, beauty salons, and a wellness center. It's not a bad place.

The Botanical Garden is right across Orynbor Street from the "Vremena Goda. Leto" residential complex. Nearby, there are several sports venues: Astana Arena, Barys Arena, the Saryarka cycling track, Alau Ice Palace, and a martial arts arena that's still being built. The complex itself has four buildings, each 24 or 14 stories tall.

Walking into this cozy, pleasant building felt like entering a hotel after being around Soviet-era houses. I've seen lots of residential buildings in Astana, maybe even nicer ones, but I'm thinking of buying an apartment here.
