I've stayed at the Ardager on and off for two years and really like it. There are plenty of shops within easy walking distance, and the place feels safe and secure. The rooms are clean and much larger than a hotel room. I like being able to open the windows and let in a breeze. Some rooms also have a door onto the fire escape, which gives you a small balcony. The staff are almost always good.
I stayed for several months while working nearby. The apartments are roomy, clean, and have the basics covered. Management and maintenance respond quickly when you ask for something. I’d be more comfortable with a softer couch and bed.
There’s a gym, pool, and sauna, and they’re nice and usually not crowded. The front desk staff are friendly and speak Kazakh, English, and Russian. Room cleaning and laundry are good quality and provided daily by default, except Sundays. Nearby, you’ll find all the usual infrastructure.

I really liked the large room, full amenities, free gym, and fast wifi in the room. The caranel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant, gym, and swimming pool are a short walk outside the Ardager building. Reception treated me very well. Great hotel overall.
