Riviera Residences Park has a great restaurant and catering service. The apartment compound is high-end and sits near the river on the European side of Atyrau, with a great view. You can walk or cycle into the city center.

10/10
The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for an average life at home. There aren’t any services included in the price, though. Cleaning costs extra, and they don’t provide even toilet paper or soap, so you have to go to the shop for those. It’s in the middle of nowhere, but that also makes it quiet and isolated, which is the main requirement for corporate housing and the building’s primary purpose.

The place is well maintained and has all the basic amenities. It’s nice to live here, with safe, enclosed boundaries.

The apartment building is nice, and there’s a pleasant park nearby. The area is quiet.

The residences are fair enough. They have some pluses and some minuses, but they’re not bad at all.
