The location is great and the price is good. The decor is nice, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was good. It felt more like a three-star EU hotel. One night the water was cold, and the rooms were very hot.

The location is excellent, close to Central Park, and it's good value. Rooms are very clean, the bathroom is nice, breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

I stayed in a single room at ArNuvo hotel for five business days in May 2018. The location is quiet but right in the middle of Karaganda City, and it really feels like a home from home. Staff speak English and are great, good-humored, and helpful. The hotel facilities and food are very good. Within a 10-15 minute walk there are some excellent restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. For a pleasant, flat hour-long walk, head up Bulvar Mira onto Nurkena Abdirova, then complete the loop back to the hotel along Bukhar Zhyrau.
