Good value for the service in Shymkent. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is nice, and the room is comfortable with the essentials. The spa and gym feel cozy, and the food is delicious.

The hotel is really quiet, and very comfortable. Mardan Hotel feels worthy of its level. The shower is fully enclosed, unlike RIXOS TURKISTAN, where we're currently developing and the shower isn't enclosed. The buffet setup is a special one, with waiters preparing and bringing the dishes. BIBINUR deserves a special thank you. When I'm working during an online conference, he prepares and brings things without any fuss. A super specialist. The response was very good, and the woman at reception was great too, though I can't remember her name. Joke. The drawbacks now are rising prices and no desk for working on a laptop.

I gave it a trial stay and really liked the comfortable, cozy rooms. It's a modern hotel with a pool, steam room, and gym. A wow kind of place, I'd recommend giving it a try 😍😍😍
