Paris PARK HAUS Apartment

The train station is conveniently close, and our stay at Park House last year was good, even though the refrigerator didn't work and the breakfast was ridiculous. Those seemed like small things at the time. This year, I tried to arrange a stay over WhatsApp ahead of time. For three days, I got the same reply: "Message me tomorrow after 10am." We were traveling, with internet only at stations, so I spent the whole trip trying to book an apartment. They first quoted 12,000 rubles for a one-bedroom and 15,000 for a two-bedroom, then I learned after booking that weekends cost 20% more. Nobody had mentioned that upfront. I spent half a day trying to find out what was available and how much it cost, and by then the only two-bedroom apartment had been taken. That's Park House's idea of customer focus. At least there are other apartments and more responsible people who can make a booking and follow through on what they promise. Park House offers breakfast and says they'll definitely check you in, but there's no guarantee. This is a very unserious organization in how it treats customers. I don't recommend it.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, but it didn't ruin our stay. My wife and I were happy with the two-room apartment and I'd recommend the agency. It was spotless and had what we needed: a made bed with white sheets, a clean bathroom, towels and shower gel. In the kitchen, the dishes were neatly set out, with complimentary tea and sugar. There was also a TV and sofa, and everything looked lovely.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and breakfast was free 🥪. There were seven of us, even though only one two-bedroom apartment for four was left. They let us all stay, thank you!

The location is handy, right by the train station, with a shop downstairs. The apartment is a little dated, but I'd give it about 4.5. I'm not fussy and any comfort works for me, and it was fine for a guy wanting to rest after moving. It was clean, with fresh sheets and nice linens. There was a shower over a bath and shower gel. The kitchen had a gas stove, kettle, fridge, dishes, and microwave. In the living room were a TV, a small sofa, and a big bed. There's a router, though I haven't worked out how to use it yet 😅. Breakfast was a single club sandwich, better than nothing, and there was tea in the kitchen.
