The rooms are very large and nice, with a superb, spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept, and the price was reasonable. It's about 1.5km from the city and parks. The lift stops between floors, the AC wasn't working, and the WiFi was slow on the upper floors.

The area feels dark and a little unsafe at night, something solo travelers should keep in mind. Inside, the room is spacious and has good hot water, though the water has a slight smell and the facilities feel dated. The bed and bedding seemed more than six years old and added to the worn feeling. The centrally controlled air conditioning didn't cool very well. Early check-in is possible, but they follow a strict 24-hour system. Beyond that, the hourly charge is quite high and feels excessive, almost like a side business. The front desk staff didn't speak English well and gave unclear information, and the night staff were noticeably unfriendly.

I stayed for two nights and had a good experience. The beds were comfortable, and the room was large and clean. The bathroom was clean too, toiletries were provided, and hot water was always available. Breakfast was good enough. My midnight check-in went smoothly. The hotel is very close to the bus stand and a big market. I'd say yes to staying here.

The continental breakfast was very good, and my room was nice and clean. Early check-in was convenient since we arrived at Shymkent Airport very early, but you have to check out at the same hour the next day. I really enjoyed this hôtel.
