The room was comfortable, cozy, and clean, and the air conditioning worked, which matters in this part of the region. Breakfast was excellent too. My daughter Margot and I picked this hotel for our vacation in Turkestan and were glad we did. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and nice to chat with.

The rooms are new, and the hotel is very clean. Reception was attentive, especially Saida, who was warm and helpful. Thanks to everyone. This was my first time in Turkestan, so I can't compare it with other hotels, but I spent five days here on a business trip and would choose it again if I return.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and both the children and adults enjoyed it. Our large group of kids was comfortably accommodated. The rooms were lovely and clean, with a TV, refrigerator, and kettle. Thanks again for being so patient and welcoming! 😅!!! 👍!!!

The kids were happy, and we all found the place clean, cozy, and comfortable. Thanks to the staff for looking after us, the chefs for breakfast, and especially the women at reception. I'll be recommending it to friends and acquaintances.
