The food was really good and the service was excellent. The owner and her teenage kids made me feel welcome, and set me up in a room with a balcony overlooking the Mekhong. I found the stay super relaxing.

The rooms are simple, cosy, and clean, and the atmosphere is quiet and easygoing. The staff and family are lovely, and the view is amazing. You can walk through the garden to the cliff and enjoy the Mekong all along. It's close to Wat Phu and nearby restaurants.

The view from the restaurant was nice, but the meal was a pretty bad experience. We ordered with friends and waited 40 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. My chicken and rice portion was tiny for 40k Kip, and after all that waiting, my friend's food still hadn't arrived.

For 400,00kip a night, it felt unfair. The room had no garbage bin, foot scraper, or foot towel, and it was dusty and very smelly. There were lots of bugs on the bed. There were no other guests, but they still didn't clean the room.
