The Mekong view makes up for a few small shortcomings, and the manager and staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the rental bikes were decent. Our room smelled musty, which can happen, but airing it out helped. The staff should do that too, and the cleaning could be more thorough. Still, it's a nice hotel overall.

The staff were friendly, and there are plenty of new laundry machines at a good price. We had a beautiful room with an amazing balcony overlooking the Mekong. Really great hotel.

A gorgeous place in a fantastic location, with fantastic rooms and very good service. Great for a nice, quiet holiday. I'd happily come back if I can!
