Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a convenient spot near the night market. The hotel is in a local market area, reached by a small road, but offers good service inside and enough facilities. The price is affordable for the quality. Five stars from Vietnam, and thank you for the great service!

Ta, the lady manager, went above and beyond. She gave great recommendations and carefully arranged trips, guides, and transportation, just ask. The hotel is clean and well placed for visiting the major landmarks. Staff are very attentive, and I'd definitely stay here again when I'm back in Luang Prabang.

Of all the hotels in the region I've stayed at on this trip, this was the best. The rooms have been renovated, and the location is great. Nothing to complain about here, though I had plenty to complain about at other hotels. Book it and relax, you've got a great spot.

I chose this place just for its prime location, and the price is reasonable for that. The room was small, with a window upstairs that couldn't be opened, so there wasn't much natural light. The fridge and other things take up too much room, the lighting is warm but still dark, and the sink is too small. The building is made of thick, solid wood. It feels more like a guest house than a hotel. For a business trip, yes; for a family holiday, maybe no.

The only place I could open my suitcase was on top of the bed, and the light switches are all by the door. It feels like the owners haven't experienced the room discomfort themselves. You can't reach the hotel by car, either. I won't come back.
