The care they put into looking after guests seems to carry through every part of the place. A small example: the toilet paper doesn’t fall apart as soon as it gets wet.

Ken was a huge help and arranged a minivan for us to get to the train. We loved having the balcony to sit on, and the room was lovely and clean. Great spot, and the coffee was a nice touch. Thanks for having us.

The staff really made my stay. They went out of their way to hold onto a personal item I’d left until I returned, and I was grateful for their honesty and kindness. The rooms are very spacious, and the location is convenient as well.

For 400000 kip, the walk-in rate matched what was typical at the time, but this was better value than other places around the same price. I stayed in several spots in LP in late Feb 2024, and this was the nicest by far. It’s a charming colonial-style house that looks great and has the things you need to be comfortable, including a little programmable safe in the room. There’s also a hot water dispenser, complimentary tea and coffee, and a roomy, pleasant patio.
