The hotel is a bit outside the tourist area, but they run a complimentary shuttle every hour in very nice vans. A few times they adjusted to our schedule because the hotel wasn’t full. We loved staying here. The staff were kind and helpful, especially at the front desk, where they put thought into making our trip special. There are several room types and they’re all lovely. We upgraded to get away from nearby construction and the new room was amazing. Both rooms had a balcony, and the beds were great. The layouts were spacious, with modern conveniences and lots of polished real wood. We didn’t buy breakfast because we were enjoying fresh fruit and bread from the markets, though it looked lovely. We’d definitely stay at the Luang Prabang View again.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, just visited for the day to use the beautiful pool. It was $10 including a soft drink. I had a really relaxing day, with lovely staff serving good food. After six weeks in the jungle, I needed a bit of pampering!

Mr. Khamphoot went out of his way to make our group feel welcome and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel covers several acres and has amazing views all around. We enjoyed the large swimming pool, and the food was reasonable and good. I’ll stay here again.

The view was good, the pool fantastic, and the room perfect. I stayed in the Pool villa room. Food and drinks were good too. I liked the papaya salad, grilled chicken, and sticky rice. There’s a free shuttle bus every hour from the hotel to the post office. I enjoyed my stay.

Dinner by the pool was lovely, and the view there was beautiful. The pool itself was fantastic. Our room was clean, really nice, and had a good view. The front desk and restaurant staff were always smiling and greeted us so warmly.
